Cooling Fluid LL vs SLL

I bought 2001 4Runner and need to change cooling fluid.
I'm assuming that my truck has Long Life coolant. My other truck ('05 4Runner) has Super Long Life coolant. As I understand Toyota switched to SLL in +/- 2003.
My question is: what needs to be done and if this is a good idea to switch '01 to SLL?
I've heard that I can't mix them. LL is Red and SLL is pink. LL needs to be diluted with water (is it distilled or tap one?) while SLL is ready to go one.

I used Peak Global Lifetime because there was no way I was paying $28/gal for Toyota junk.

It's 2-EH free, silicate free and uses OAT formulation just like the Toyota coolants. And it costs $11/gal.

Been running it for 2 years in temps from 120° to -10° with no issue in a truck with 200K+ miles.

I was anal and went with the Toyota junk at 28$ bones a gallon--but i would reconsider now if i had read up on the different coolants.

Are you talking Fahrenheit or Celsius?

I'm thinking I'm due for a coolant flush and would like to know this same information.
