A metal like clicking from the rear of the truck and also some shuttering,....

I noticed it a bit ago,... if I would take off quick,... I would hear this random click. chatter,... metal sounding but like dirty metal sounding, muffled. I would only hear a couple of these muffled metal click noises on a hard take. I would hear it here and there though. Somewhat random. If I kick that rear tire I can hear something rattle. A muffled kind of rattle. If I kick the other rear tire,... nothing. But that one tire has this rattle. If I push the drum it squeaks a bit. Kind of like its loose a bit?!?!? But not? I am thinking that maybe the brakes are worn down on the inside? But then I would think that both sides would be worn down together? I am going to get the truck up on a jack later and torque the tire by hand to see if theres any play,... What do you guyz think?

Last night something else gegan happening,... vibrating. The vibrating is kinda like when your way to low on a gear. It doesnt happen throughout all the gear. First gear seems fine. Second gear it begins to pickup slightly. 3rd gear is the worst, around 2.5K rpms is the worst. Kind of like a bogging shutter. as I go faster the dies out. If I pushin the clutch it stops. But still I think I can feel it a little with the clutch in. But its obvious that it stops with the clutch in and when you engage its starts again. I checked oil in both the tranny and rear diff, both are full. Any ideas?

At the very least pull the drum off and check to make sure all is ok inside, then retorque the wheel.

Took the truck to the dealer and they said the rear brakes were fine. They said they just needed to be cleaned and adjusted. They said the rear u-joint was bad. They said 245 to replace the rear u-joint and 45 for the brake cleaning and adjustment. I'm friggin burnt,.....
