Only thing that I found that would take that crap off the gun...and be ready to do it often if you stop and let it harden in the spray gun...

Lacquer thinner and some thin pieces of wire to gouge down into it. I had to take my gun apart at least 5 times to clean it during the course of sparying a bumper using Duplicolor bedliner.

Good luck.

I used the Duplicolor one and tried a Harbor Freight one, both clogged up after a while so paint as much as possible before you stop even for a minute cause once you stop, it clogs...

Lacquer thinner...

i dont know if its the same for the duplicolor but the herculiner can be thinned with xylol alcohol b/c that is what the base of it is. as far as cleaning it, acetone works pretty good as long as it hasnt hardened.

First of all, you need to remove its cape and nozzle. Then you need thinner for eliminating bed liner from the spray gun. It is the easiest way to clean your spray gun. If you want to buy a new spray gun for bed liner, click here.
