Change timming chain without removing head?
Can this be done? I am going to be in a bit of a time crunch. I would rather not remove the head... is that asking for trouble? Any input would be appreciated

yes it can. if it is a 22r (since the 3.0 is a belt) all you need to do is back off the tensioners and pop off the cam gear (be sure to mark the location).
