Angry Can't get my 03 4R to fishtail dagnabit!

Even in 2wd buzzing around town in the rain I'll hang a corner and stomp on it and the little fishtail light on the dash lights up and the rear wheels just won't break loose!

And for you teens reading this, don't smoke crack & try this manuver unless on a closed course and with a written note from you mother

Just lastweek, it was on a completely dry street when I stomped on it and left two patches. 1 from each tire! I was really surprised and I'm completely stock!

I absolutely love it!!! Drove an 88 4Runner prior (liked that too) but driving the new one is no comparison. Got about 2500 miles so far and really can't find anything I don't like.

Come on up here to New England. You'll have no problems fishtailing in the snow.

That fishtail light is the vehicle skid control light. The VSC function is designed to help the car get traction during hydroplaning or something of that sort. It is a safety feature and won't allow the rear wheels to brake loose for very long if at all. I was dirt road riding the other night and could not break the rear wheels loose for very long. The function did keep me out of the ditch a couple of times though, so it served its purpose nicely. I am no expert, but that is basically what the function is for.

ARB is a company that makes 4x4 accessories. The most popular ARB toys for our toys are the front bumpers and front/rear lockers. Learn more here: http://arbusa.com/
