Can this skid plate fit on my 98
Can this OE toyota skidplate fit on my 98 limited.

99-02 have a fat lip bumper so the brackets will make the skid plate stick out further on your 98. Do some seaching for tacoma skid plate and sport skid plate as i do not recall at the moment if it is the 99 brackets that can be flipped for use on the 98's or if it is the tacoma brackets that can be flipped to use on the 4runners

Yes,the actual brackets for the '02 Runners will move the plate quite a ways from teh non-fatlip bumpers. I have the Tacoma brackets modded to fit my bumper and IMO I like how mine is snug vs the '02 brackets.
Just using the Tacoma brackets on the earlier '96-'98 bumpers the fitment is near perfect.
