Can Paintless Dent Removal take these out?

the one on the hatch, maybe, depends on what's behind it and if there is a body line. they may be able to get it close without charging a ton of money or replacing the hatch or filling/painting like a body shop. the one on the bumper end, i would say no. just because it's a thicker metal and not able to be worked back into shape as easily as the thinner sheet metal. i have a dent in one of my bumper ends and i hit it with a hammer from behind and it didn't move at all, so PDR tools probably won't be able to do anything to that. some of the sheet metal dents can be glue pulled back into shape but i'm not sure if that's the case for your hatch dent. all i can say is, go to a few shops and get a quote and ask if it's possible.
