Can I watch DVD movies on the NAV?

Has anyone had any luck watching DVD's on the in-dash NAV? Is it possible? If not, is there a bypass or something?

I know that on the Acura CL NAV, there was a way to watch movies with a small "hack".

Thanks...

Unfortunately it's a DVD rom player, so it can't. But you can adda another dvd player and use the existing screen.

You can buy what you need from these guys.

www.navtv.com - It will cost about $1k since you will need another a 2nd dvd player.

Yikes!!! Thanks Jason... In that case, I guess I'll just bring my laptop along.

So, next question... Can you use the 115V outlet while you are driving?

Thanks,

-Ash

No, you can't...

You also can't use it when your hazard lights are on, when a full moon is out, if you have more than an 1/8 a tank of gas, if your mother is in the car, if the key is anywhere near the ignition, the third sunday of the month, and never on tuesdays....

I was going to say you might be able to mod it like the CL/TLs but I guess you knew that already. DOn't buy another DVD player, buy an Xbox or PS2 and player your DVDs, and games.

I have not tried it yet, but if you can't run the 115 while driving is there a way to mod that so you can?
