bumper question

i searched but didnt find what i was looking for......i have a 97 taco and my front valence is broke and flap, and i figure it would b riped off in the snow this winter...any ideas on weather a bumper from older p/u will fit...i want one with the blinker hole in the bumper.... basicly is the taco and p/u frames about the same width and same mounts?

I used to own a '98 Taco and now own a '93 pickup, and yes the frames are totally different.
I have seen guys on here that custom make really cool bumpers, try a search and good luck.

You can usually find a valence piece on ebay for cheap, I say cheap as in under $75 shipped and everything.
