I did it all in stages, but, Im finally done for the time being.

1st, I installed some ceramic pads. I cant remember the name of them but, the guy at the brake supply store said they were his favorites.

2nd, I installed the extra long stainless steel braided brake lines from All-Pro Offroad. I had to go back to the brake supply store to get some banjo bolts to work with the banjo fittings. Luckily they had them in stock.

3rd, I went back to buy my brembo rotors, and they told me that they just had sold their last pair THIS MORNING. So they gave me the next best thing that wasn't made in China...Centric rotors... I liked them because they were powder coated and they just looked really top quality.

So far everything seems great. The truck stops good and my whole body doesn't shake anymore when I press down the pedal!

BTW - Yes, those are wheel spacers. My rims have 4.5" of backspacing and rub without them.

centric? what is a centric? well as long as your happy for now i guess it's alright.

there are so many damn rotors out there. I just wanted something that wasnt made in china.

The guy at the brake supply store said he uses them on his trucks. They were a little bit more pricey than the brembos so maybe they are better? hah.

How much were those SS lines?

They were $75 for all 3. 2 fronts, 1 rear. Very nice too. They are longer, and they seem extremely sturdy.

Oh so it just 3? Kool I thought it would be an even number all there is 4 brakes. ahah

kevin444, there's only one flexible line the to rear brakes that taps into a "T" on the top of the diff which splits to the wheel cylinders via a hardline.

SC, do you have any more pics of your 4runner after the trailmaster lift besides the "1" linked in your sig?
