brake upgrade for 2wd
in my never ending search for better brakes on my 91 2wd truck, i found ahcart that shows the lug nut patterns for various cars and trucks. i saw that gen 2 broncos have a 5 on 4.5 pattern like my truck and remember that thier brake rotors were pretty big. does anybody know if it is possible to make them work?

nope they are way bigger.. also their 5 on 4.5 is differnt the rotor on the 4x2 is all one piece with hub and on the yota the hub unbolts.....
lce has slotted and vented rotors for the 4x2 yotas.....
oh yeah, i am the ford ranger/explorer/bronco 2 expert... so jsut ask
i even have 94 explorer wheels on my yota

yeah i was thinking about how the rotors on a toyota bolt on to the hub and the bronco has the lugnuts pressed in the rotor. would it be possible to have them machined at a shop. i really want to get bigger brakes instead of spending alot of money on just slotted and vented rotors.

What about just getting better rotors, pads, adding some braided lines to replace the rubber lines, flushing the whole system with synthetic brake fluid?
I just did all of the above and it has made a very nice improvement over stock with out the hassles of trying to re-fit something larger.
Something to consider at least.
