Boosting the 5VZ

Ok I plan on getting the ATI P-1SC supercharger after X-mas and need some answers to my questions

1.Can the 3.4 V6 w/ stock internals handel 8,9,maybe 10psi from a centrifugal s/c

2.Is it safe to use a 6:1~8:1 FMU and 190lph fuel pump w/o injectors.

3.Intercooler or no intercooler that is the question.

4.If question # 2 is not a good idea then what size injectors.

1. sure, 10 psi would probably be fine ( until you blow the head gasket ) then youll know how much is too much.

2. absolutely not-- the factory injectors are already at maximum with a TRD charger, and you want more?! I can hear the pistons burning as we speak. Get the RC 370cc injectors and some stand alone fuel management system. the 305cc injectors arent large enough for anything over 260hp. for that matter--the stock ones are WAAAAYYYY to small. and just use the rising-rate Fuel pressure reg. instead of an adjustable, its makes tuning a lot simpler.

3. sure-thats a good idea, it would probably help out a ton and give you more power.

4. get injectors--no way around that. well....you could always buy a new engine if you didnt want to get injectors the first time.

not sure, most people are running the TRD supercharger at the stock levels

2.Is it safe to use a 6:1~8:1 FMU and 190lph fuel pump w/o injectors.

I would replace the injectors

3.Intercooler or no intercooler that is the question.

Intercooler

4.If question # 2 is not a good idea then what size injectors.
