bent my gate
i bent my gate on a 91 4runner...this one has the tire carrier...i've pulled some out...it really not that bad....i will be going to san diego with you all south california guys this weekend and i would love to role down the window or just be able to load stuff from the back.....i've hooked up ropes from the back,, pulled out an inch...tried to bang it from the inside...not much room to work.....should i start taking the back window out from the inside to bang it out.....do you think someone this weekend can give me some tips on doing this...i jjust wanted to use the gate this weekend...well see yall there...i changed my id from benthere25 to this one i'm useing now...hope yall remember me...i've been here for a long time now under my old id..thanks guys

I'm not really sure what happened to your tailgate, I went blind after reading all that Good grammar, or writing clearly at least, is your friend! What part of your tailgate did you bend?

ok i wont change my ID toferuop....dont get mad......and my question was about my tailgate randomness, i hope this is easier to understand, and thank you for your help in advanced.....i rolled backward into a tree....it pushed my tire carrier in slightly which pushed my gate in slightly...now my window does not roll down all the way, just wondering if anyone knew how to push it back out......and ya i rolled backward into a tree....lol...well at least i was really off roading not fakeing the ÅÅÅÅ with a shinny truck...thanks for any help you could provide

since your window goes down into your tail gate, your best bet is to either take the gate apart and pound from the inside out with the guts showing so you dont hit anything important or get a dent puller, put some dent sticks on the dent and with a dent puller, pull the dents out, hammer off the sticks, grind the remainder off, primer paint and off you go.
