Bed Bushings..??
I need to put bushings under the bed of my 04 extracab.. no idea where to look

Bed bushings? Beds I've seen sit on the frame with a piece of rubber in between the metal.

They are not that hard to make if you have a little time and some 2" pipe

a piece of rubber as in.. a rubber bushing? o.o

2" pipe?? that's it? cause they have these huge fancy rubber bushings under it now..

am I able to just put the bed on the frame without bushings?

Try suspension.com
I think they have polyurethane body/ bed mount bushings.
