ATF pouring out

I have a 2002 Limited 4x4 4Runner, with a loud whine coming from the transmission while accelerating, started a couple months ago and seems to have gotten louder, but that could have just been paranoia. Now it started leaking ATF from in between the engine and the transmission, I'm thinking/hoping its a seal behind the Torque converter, any thoughts on what else it could be, or what to look for? Planning to replace the Torque converter and the rear main while the transmission is out any thing else that should be done? Thanks

Check your trans/engine mounts and if they're worn, replace them as well. Vibration and time are some of rubber's enemies. Trans filter too, but I'm guessing. New fluid too. Just to be safe. If a shop is doing it, they might re-use.
