Arm rest add on?
I am pretty sure they don't make anything like this, but my Grandpa has a bad shoulder and the arm rest on the driver's door of his '04 Taco sits too low for him. Is there anything he can get that hooks over the door pannel and sits higher? I have looked all over and can't find anything. I'm thinking about just trying to jerry rig something for him. Thanks guys, Sean
