anyone try these "condensators " yet ?

i jsut recevied an avertisement for " the condenstor" anyone heard of these ?
supposed to reduce emmissions, reduce wear and tear , and in alot of situation increase horsepower and gas milage.

www.condensatorsales.com

i really thinknig about trying one of these out.
in theory it makes since. it essentially reduces the "junk" in the recirculated fuel that takes place at the pcv valve, making it pure air/fuel instead of oiled up mixture.

it seems a little expensive but if it increased my fuel milage by one or two mpg over time it would definitly pay for itself esspecially lately wit hthe fuel prices so high.
and if it helps keep the engine insides clean even better. and who has a 3.0 that wouldnt want even the smallest amount of extra get up and go .

and the best part is , theres nothing else to buy after its been put in, a regualr cleaning of the canister at oil changes and your done.

i think ive talked my self into buying one already , but i want to know if any one has tried these units out on a 3.0 yet ?

There's several posts about this exact thing, just try a Search for "PCV bypass" or "Catch can" and you'll find what I'm talking about.

ummm... omg.

$180 huh? For a bug-sprayer jar that is holding some weird mesh filter that's supposed to filter out crap from non-crap via the crankcase vent and then let the non-crap back into the intake. And the non-crap is supposedly unburned fuel, which then increases gas mileage. (oh, and increases power, and reduces the amount of soap you need in your washing machine, and will clean out the litter box for you, and and and...)

I think you have a better chance with spending less money on a fuel atomizer:

https://www.yotatech.com/forums/f2/gas-mileage-enhancers-5484/ (long thread. Also talks about this device, and notes gas was $1.36/gal in 1/2003!)
