Anyone running 295s or 34s on a 3rd gen
After spending some time on ih8mud (LC envy), I was wondering it anyone was running 295s on a 3rd gen. I know 305s fit, but I am not really interested in anything wider than what I have. I would love to mount some 34x11.50x16 or some 295s.
I am unsure if the height would even work . I can have some test mounted locally, but before I make them order anything I thought I would ask here.
I am looking at BFG and Nitto ( the only 295s i've found thus far)

Well, Schaeffer was running 315/75/16 on his rig when it was IFS with about 2" suspenion lift, 1" bodylift, and a little trimming. So I would say that it can be done with some trimming. On the street it should be no problem at all.

I have always like the look of tall somewhat skinny tires. I will have my sliders for protection, so wide tires isn't essential.
Yes I am keeping the s/c. It is too much of a pain to take off all that I have on. The S/C is the easy part.
hmmm....295s.....time to get a set and test fit, on the powdercoated LC 80 wheels
