Anyone have a soft roof-top carrier?
I am looking for a soft carrier to put on my roof. I know that Thule makes one, but I am wondering if anyone can recommend me another brand.
Here is what the Thule looks like

I had a Sherpak roof bag... then it was stolen when the car was stolen.
Anyway, it was really nice and tough. It worked really well on a three week cross country trip in 2003. Made of a heavy duty material, it was waterproof through several downpours (at highway speed) and never gave us any problems.
Whichever you get MAKE SURE it has at least #10 YKK zippers. Anything smaller is too delicate.
This is the model I think we had.
