anyone have hid retrofit on there 4runner?
just did mine yesterday, just wondering if anyone had to adjust the aim of there headlights. it made a heck of a difference, but i think maybe i need to lower the aim of my headlights since the rear sags.

HI, what HID kit did you use, and you should have had to re-adjust them to keep them shinning correctly. I'm thinking about replacing mine wiht a TRUE HID kit and would love to know of your experience. Thanks, Eric

An option before switching to a true HID would be to rewire your lights with larger gauage wire and drop in some Silver Stars. You would be surprised at the results from simply rewiring.
I've done all of the above with my Celica and the results were awesome. Not quite HID, but as close as anyone is going to get without spending a few hundred $$$.
Just thought I'd mention it. If you are dead set on HIDs, this isn't going to help at all. If you're open to weigh out the options this might be just enough to satisfy your need for more light.
