Another wheel size question

I just spent 3 hours searching through various threads but cannot find anybody running this setup...305/70r16's on 16x10's on a 3rd gen with a 2" BL. I'm thinking about doing this but would like to have some first hand knowledge on pro's and con's.

Rub

I would think they would rub and rub like crazy being 10" deep, especially on turning on the backside. My 16x8 with 285/75/16s rubbed with a 2" BL, but not since I added the OMEs and did some more fender well trimming.
