Hello once again all at Yotatech,
My 99 4Runner threw a P0171 code a while back & I checked it out with an OBD 2 scanner. These are the results from it.
System too lean. (Bank 1)
Fuel sys 1 cl
Fuel sys 2 cl-fault
Calc Load 44.31%
ECT 204 F
STFT B1 4.69%
Can anyone shed any light on a specific problem with these results.?
I've read quite a few of the other threads & found good suggestions so I've already cleaned the MAF sensor & reset the system.
I'm waiting to go on a trip to see if the CEL comes on again.
I'd be grateful for any help & if anyone needs any more info, just let me know.

if cleaning the MAF sensor doesn't fix the problem, I suggest buying a used maf off a junk yard. search "air flow meter" at car-part.com. That's how I fixed mine three years ago.

Thanks for your reply but I was really looking for someone to explain the readout from the OBD scanner. Do you know of anyone on the forum who could help with that.?
