Another bad wheel bearing! why?!?!

So my 99 tacoma with my 6in fabtech and 35s loves to eat parts and drain my wallet. This will be the 4th wheel bearing i have replaced in the last 5monthes and 3rd CV axle.

The bearings im using are autozones brand. They offered to let me return the old bearing and up grade to a timken with paying the difference of 30 bucks.
Is it worth it? or will the bearing just take a poop like the others?
Does any one else have this problem???

I have almost completely had it with this truck im extremely temped to sell her.
or if there is a way to sas for a reasonable amount...

A wheel bearing or 2 or 6 isn't bad considering the lift and tires. What else does it eat up?

MMMMM bad suspension design I would guess. Putting undue stress on your wheels? SAS it.

I would A start using a different brand bearing (ie, OEM TOYOTA) and B find a different place to install the bearings.
I've had no issues for the past 30k miles with my 35's. Except for excelerated play in the tie rods.

The actual mechanics of a bearing aren't rocket science.

Bearing failure is typical a result of improper installation (greasing, seating, torque, preload, etc)
or
poor/stupid suspension geometry putting undue stress on bearings that they were never meant to endure.

Is it the same side or has it happened to both sides?

If only ONE side, I'd suspect the former, if BOTH sides, I'd suspect the latter.

I can't remember whaty back spacing is its not very offset my wheels are practically in side the body. The bearing set up is a poor design in my opinion.
If I was to sas it should I go trail gear (cost wise don't have a bunch of extra $) and a wagoner d44.
Or would the timken bearing be worth it? I can get it for 30 more

I have replaced the driver side 2 times, pass. side 1 time this will be the second. The first time I did the press work. After they went bad again I decided I would let my local napa (who does very good work) do them.
Autozone is letting me do a damaged return on my duralast bearing and pay the $30 difference for the timken, I hope it will hold up. If another wheel bearing goes bad im goin to go insane, pull the torch out and cut the stuff out.
