Amsoil question

I'm planning on switching to Amsoil for the diffs, tranny and xfer case. Do I have to flush them first before putting Amsoil in there? I 'm going to stick to dino oil for the motor. Any inputs are appreciated. Thanks.

George

A flush for anything but motor is a good idea.
I didn't flush when I switched to Amsoil for motor but made sure that I did an early change 3-5K later. I'm holding out at 10K per change now.

As far as other fluids go, since you don't really change that as much I'm not sure if I'd want old fluids mixing with synthetics for as long as you'd have between changes.

But hey, that's me - I have no scientific data or facts to back up my reasoning. Just personal preference
