Kinda

Yes you PROBABLY can, but which direction you go depends on one thing: Does the stock unit have "changer" controls built in to it? If it does, there are adapters made to retrofit aftermarket changers to factory heads. Crutchfield has them, but I'm sure others do too. If there are no controls in the stock head, then you need to go the "FM modulator" route. These take the CD information and through the magic of modern technology, make it play on a preset radio station frequency. It will then have a separate controller hanging around somewhere also. The sound quality is not as good as a direct wire-in, but they are "OK" unless you are an audiophile.

If the CD button only activates the indash CD, then you cannot access a changer this way. There are no internal connections that could control the changer.

Now if you are comfortable opening up the radio and soldering on the circuit boards, there is probably a way, but it is likely not worth the aggravation or the risk of cooking the circuit boards. I hardwired steering wheel controls into an Alpine head before, but it's delicate work. Easy to overheat the board and smoke components.

I'm afraid you'll need to do the FM modulator.
