I'm having a problem with my Tacoma not responding or stalling when the rpms reach approximately 3000. If I hit the gas around 3000rpms it sputters and acts as if airflow or something has been cut off? I'm not getting any error codes and the check engine light doesn't come on? If I keep the rpms under 2500 the truck runs fine. Does anyone have any suggestions? I have taken it to get a diagnostic machine reading at Autozone and no error codes as I stated earlier. Thanks for the help! By the way I have a manual transmission.

Have you ever replaced the catalytic converter? You may need to to resolve your problem.

Check all the vacuum hoses and air intake tube for cracks or one that has slipped off its fitting.

hey guys!! I´m having this issue with my tacoma, its an 04 with the 3.4L and stalls when i press the gas pedal like at 15%.....if i step quick on it it works fine but when i´m depressing it and pass thru that ´´ 15- 20% ´´ it stalls again.... looks like that spot cut off the ignition. I´ll thank any suggestion.
