96 EFI 3.4 temp sensor locations?

Got a 96 4.4 runner.

getting the po125 low coolant temp code.
changed the t-stat and the temp sensor in the front of the intake,

Is this the correct sensor?

How do I test the sensor, and lastly, how can i fool the computer into thinking its at the right temp, long enough to pass the emission check?
The smog check is just a plug in deal where it looks for codes in the computer.

I can clear the code but it comes right back in few miles.

So my code scanner saying insufficient coolant temp has nothing to do with the coolant temp?

Its an o2 sensor?

Im barking up the wrong tree for sure.

I got p0125 along with P1135 last summer. Replaced the sensor and no cel since. Make sure to use a Denso sensor. Find the right sensor on this list. I ordered mine from Amazon because they had the cheapest price.
