Swicth would not activate window to go up or down.Is it the window relay that giving the problem if it is what do I do?

Make sure the rear wiper is seated where it should be. If it is hung up, the window won't roll up/dn

Do you hear the motor or is there no sound at all. I just fixed mine. Motor gears were stripped. I got a 91 camry rear left window motor. It bolts right in and just wire it in reverse and it works like a charm. A cheap fix for all those who suffer from this common problem.

It may sound stupid but check to make sure the tailgate is completely closed, and the window lock button is off.

Lots of times soda and junk will contaminate the contacts in the switch. I usually push the lockout switch and the window switch 10-20 times each and it works again.
