87 2wd torsion bar ??
The front end of my truck sits low. I want to lift the front about 1/2 -3/4 of an inch, tire to outer mid fender clearance. Anyone now how many turn's on the ajustment nut will this take??

Just start turnin' - you'll find out soon enough.
For what it's worth, I think I went 15 turns to lower my cranked tight as a frogs' a** t-bars down 3/4". I'd try about 5 turns at a time each side and see how it's going. Bounce it a time or two before measuring.
