4th gen front lift.

Now that we have many lift packages out there, does any one know if they are making or there is a lift or spacer to level out the 4th gens?

Daystar and NE both have a front only leveling kit. I installed the Daystar 1" spacer approx. 10 days ago. FYI - My rear-end is now approximately 1/4' lower than my front-end as the lift was much greater than 1". I'm having NE send me a 1/2" rear spacer to correct.

YMMV

yes there are many lift kits out there -- i'd recommend Revtek or our NE lift.

are you just trying to level it by bringing up the front, or would you prefer an actual front and rear lift?

Revtek offers a 3" lift that comes with longer rear shocks for over four hundred dollars ... NE offers any amount of lift you want and longer rear shocks for $399 (includes shipping).

(and mac, your spacers should be on their way very soon)

mac -- did you get it aligned yet? if not, that will probably be part of the reason for the greater than 1" of lift. also, as we discovered, a 1" thick spacer is going to give you far more than 1" of lift. my spacers measured 2+ inches and yielded over 4.5" of lift. Anthony has worked out all the mathematics of it ... but yeah, adding a 1" spacer will give you more than 1" of lift.

don't worry though, we've got you covered, MAC.

My rear measures 35 3/4" and my front is 33 1/4".

Would you recommend a 1" ot 1 1/2" spacer for the front?

i'd recommend a 1" spacer or less in the front, because with a 1" spacer you'd be getting more than 1" of lift.

So were looking at a 2.5" difference from the back to the front. So you think a 1" spacer should put me pretty level?

Will it throw off my alignment real bad?

Is this the $125 front only package from NE?

it would be a 1 1/8" lower spacer ... that way you won't need to replace the bolts or anything. since it's such a minor amount of lift, no, it won't be $125. i'm going to send you a PM right now.
