Right now I have 230k on my stock radiator. I have a 96 limited 4x4, but I will be replacing it soon as I am dealing with over heating.

Lucky Luke the stocker in for the full pull....that appears to be the exception. This milkshake thing only happens with the Runners. Tacomas seem to not suffer from it. Not sure why. 230k and an overheating prob.....I bet the issue was you were overheating mostly on the highway?

Yes on hot days, 85+. Also when towing up hills after it has warmed up. Most of the time the temp stay at 195 +/- 5 with the heater core on. With out the heater core I go up 5-10 degrees. Then when I'm towing it goes to at 222F, and 235 - 240 going up hill until it finally overheats.
