4runner questions

i found a 95 runner with 141,000 miles on it. it looks to be in great shape. just looking if there are any little things that i should look for that i might not notice. i have a 93 pickup with the 2.4 now but i have never been around the 3.0. anything anyone can let me know, please do.

and also know that the 3vze (3.0) is much-maligned in comparison to the 22re (2.4). however, i really love mine. check the HG SSC and be confident: it's a toyota. good luck!

Check to see what shape the fluids are in and to see if any maintainance records come with it. ie coolant, transmission , oil changes. Timing and drive belt changes.

If you can test drive it that'll be the real test, test out EVERYTHING. Timing belt isn't a big deal but it'd be sweet if its already been done. Just check the obvious things, see if you can get a hold of the service records so you can get an idea of how well its been maintained.

Other than that and the HG recall, sounds pretty sweet.
