3rd Gen shifter question
I have a 2002 4Runner and I have noticed that while driving and going over your regular bumps and stuff the auto trans shifter rocks forward and backward. Is this normal??? Anyone else had this happen???

Yes, on both of my previous Auto 5VZ powered rigs this happened. I noticed it too. It's all good.

I noticed it on my brothers 2000 runner, he said its was normal.

mine was extremely bad on the first 4rnner i bought and i had them unwind the sale. it was pretty scary to see it.

yea, mine jolts back and forth on acceleration & bumps. im not worried about it at all.
