32's - alignment issues

anyone else having issues getting 32's to balance with Ball Joint Spacers.... seems like the inside inch of each front tire isnt getting worn as much as the rest.

Who did the alignment? I had mine aligned about 10,000 miles ago at the Toyota dealership after my BJ spacer install. My tires are wearing evenly. I still have the 31x10.50's but I doubt 32's would make a difference.

balljoint spacers have nothing to do with tire balance

also you should have gotten a alignment after bj spacers... i havent done my camber yet, but did tweak my caster and toe and its been awhile and i still hanvet had any irregular tire wear...

the guys at the tire shop that did my alignment after the BJ spacers said it would be very hard to get a good alignment because of the spacers... i just bought new 32's and am worried about wearing them wierd.

Should these tires be hard to align with spacers...or did i take it to a terrible tire shop.

I'd personally take it to another shop. I took my to the Toyo dealer and they had no problems aligning it. I think you confused some people by using the term "balance" in your first message.

The fact that they're Yokos might be part of the problem. Are you using stock sr5 rims still? I'm running 32" yokos on stock rims with bj spacers and seem to be getting odd wear, but i think its from the 32s being a little to wide for 7" rims and the way yokos wear.
