2nd gen runner VS trd tacoma ??
As some of you may know I am looking to purchase a new vehical . I had my heart set on a 90-95 4runner but now Im considering a 96? or newer tacoma . But I have a few questions for ya . Did the tacoma get the 3.4 in 96 like the runner ? If not when did they get the 3.4 ? When did the TRD package come out for the tacoma w/ the locker ? What year do you think is the best for the tacoma ? Im a highschool student so if I decide to go for the tacoma that means about another summer of saving . The only reason Im going to a tacoma instead of a 3rd gen runner is cause I dont really like the look of 3rd gen runners , But I want the 3.4 and the rear locker . also I would just like to increase my knowledge about tacomas so If you know of any good FAQs or webpages please post them as well .

hmm well that would mean the tacoma I would want would be atleast a 98 . and I think a 98 is out of my price range ... well back to looking for 2nd gen runners .
