i'm on tinker and i need help rebuilding my 22re. i'm completely stuck. i haven't touched it about 3 months. is there anyone close that could help me?

tinker thats near okc right? there are about 15 guys from oklahoma on the board, maybe 5 from okc or surrounding areas. however i dont know anyone that knows how to tear one apart. get a manual and get started. i'd love to help but you dont want me touching anything. me touching=broke

i have a factory service manual, it's no better than a haynes.

i have the block completely built, and the head and timing cover are on. besides the block and head, i didn't pay much attention to anything else. i thought all of it would be easy when i was taking it off. i was wrong, so now i'm stuck.
