2001 Tacoma TRD died rolling and wont start

2001 Tacoma TRD died rolling and wont start. Swapped relays around and assume they are good, fuse good. Was in process of taking tank out to get at the pump but decided to test pressure first and pressure under hood is 50#. Spins over fast like no fuel to injectors. Found one bad cracked vacuum line on FPR and another on manifold possibly affecting the whole system as well as the fuel pressure regulator, repaired lines and zero. Tank is ready to come out if I can get the gas siphoned out but not gonna if problem is under hood.. I might add the gas in my pressure test line did not retreat back to tank.

If the timing belt actually broke then engine would appear to spin very freely.....
crank will be turning but the cam shafts won't be.

If yours is a 3.4L V6 and the motor has over 250,000 miles and is still on the original belt.....then there's a fair chance it decided to snap.

Quite easy to pull the top timing belt cover off .

Just slide the Top hose clamp front and remove the bolts.

Then the Mil should also be tripped with a Cam sensor code PO340 if the belt did fail along with a few others

Thanks guys, belt did not break. There was a ton of caked up crud in there from I guess a water pump leak. Never dripped to concrete and been leaking for years. Water pump rubber seal was wrapped around its own shaft. So much caked up junk going on in there it filled the crank gear and jumped time 60-70 degrees. I took some pictures if anybody needs to see.

That's not a heater hose. It's for the oil cooler. Might help you to know when talking to supplier.

I suspect it didn't just jump time, but that crank sprocket is not driving belt at all. It's probably stripped of its cogs. Water pump leaked, coolant softened belt, then pump seized, and belt stripped, killing engine.
