2001 Taco 3.4 CE Light #1 Bank Lean/Misfire

So I coming home on the interstate yesterday and the CE light comes on. I go by autozone, let em pull it for free and they tell me bad plug, wire, or coil.

Well, since the truck has 51k miles on it and from what Ive seen with all my other maint the previous didnt do things when he was supposed to so I figured the spark plugs(due every 30k) hadnt ever been changed. So I went to NAPA and got some OEM NGK's and put em in. I also decided today to get new wires since I was planning to do it all at 60k anyway. Everything runs great and seems to be a little bit smoother and more powerful, funny thing is the pinging went away.

I dont think the truck really had a problem with it too much when I bought it but when I put my exhaust and intake on it the pinging was really obvious under heavy acceleration so I've been running 89 octane and it went away. The last 2 tanks were 87 and the ping was there just as much as ever, but since the plugs yesterday there isnt any ping at all. I took it out and hammered on it for awhile after the plugs and no ping and she runs like a dream, just thought it was pretty interesting changing the plugs fixed it.

I will definitely change em every 30k from here on out.
