02 sensor, heated 02 sensor, catalyst and evap monitor's will not run. I've run it threw the obdII drive patterns a dozen times with no luck. anyone heard of this problem?

Thats encouraging I've driven it probably 50 miles since resetting ecu so maybe I've just gotta put some more miles on it.

What drive pattern? You can't do the Toyota pattern 12 times in less than 50 miles.

That said, the 02 sensor test is virtually instant, only Evap and Catalyst are slow.

don't forget evap requires you to have a certain amount of fuel in the tank.

I ment 50 miles on the road. I ran it thru the toyota drive patterns in the fsm on jacks in my driveway.

Ya fsm says 1/2 to 3/4 tank plus you gotta do the 8 hour cold soak.

I'm glad you chimed in being you seem to be an authority on 3.4 swaps. The engines actually in my 94 4runner I posted in this section to see if anyone had this problem on factory a wiring setup. because I've gone over my wiring 4 times physically and I even re-done my conversion charts to see if anything was wrong and I'm stumped.

I found something weird while checking sensor inputs to the ecm that I can't figure out.
The tps gives a reading of 1.67k ohms at wot when it should be between 3.30k -10k ohms.
I changed the tps no change. But I discovered if I unplug the vapor pressure sensor I get a proper reading of 3.30k ohms at wot. Its definitely wired properly double checked. And a different vps makes no difference?
