Buying a 2000 Limited?
I currently have a 98 Limited 4Runner and I am considering buying a 2000 Limited to replace, with the body changes and some other changes, is there anything really different or stuff that is know to go wrong on the 99-02 models?

From what I've seen here, later models in 2000 had shorter springs, about an inch. I have an 01 and mine is low, it also hits the bump stops alot, I have a set of 99 springs I'll be putting on when it warms up a bit.

I bought my 2K Limited in early '00 and it has been serviced by the dealer every 4k mi. The only problem I have had was with the oem Goodyears hydroplaning at approx half tread. Goodyear gave me a goodwill adjustment on new tires. I plan on keeping the truck and doing any repairs necessary.
Oops, Forgot. The roof rack was replaced under warranty because it peeled.
