Hey Guys,

A girl that I work with has a 1999 2 wd 4 runner and is looking for a set of running boards. Anybody removing a set ?

I have a '96 SR5 and have considered removing the factory running boards. As many here have shown, it's a "free lift." I want to be sure I like the look before a part with the boards, though. I'll keep you in mind, and you do likewise.

Hey, I'm in Birmingham and have a set off my 99 Limited. They are currently the beige/silver color, but I could paint them the regular Limited silver or black if you wanted them a different color. I could meet you somewhere in between for the right price. Let me know. They are in perfect condition and come with all mounting hardware and bolts.

Thanks - her 1999 is a 2wd SR5 and will require the end caps - do your boards have the end caps - her runner does not have the flares
I think the end caps bolt into the fender well.

I have a set from my 1998. I could sell them. just let me know if she's serious enough for me to go into the attic and pull them to take a picture.

She is serious about buying a set - she has a 1999 2 wheel drive 4 runner
without any fender flares or trim at all. There is a front mud flap and the rear wheel has a mud flap on the aft side. There would need to be end caps for the running boards. Depending on the price - she would be very interested. e-mail the picture to dstaley@searay.com along with the price.
Her 4 runner is a light gold color.
