1998 3.4L 270k motor issues
Motor is starting to not run smoothly, and lost power going up a hill the other day, like it was missing a cylinder. The noise coming out of the exhaust pipe has changed as well, like it is vibrating more. Noticed a little oil under where the vehicle is parked, and some oil on the top of the engine block. Not sure what is going on but the last timing belt change was at 130k, so I am going to get it replaced. Any recommendations on what to get replaced while I have the timing belt and water pump replaced?
Thanks

Anything tune up related. Your mechanic will be the best judge if you are not the type.

Timing idler bearings, timing belt tensioner, auxiliary belts, thermostat, cam and crank seals, valve cover gaskets if they are leaking, flush and fill radiator with new coolant, air filter, fuel filter, change differential and transfer case fluids, inspect brakes.......The list could get long.
