1997 CD Stereo Intall

Hey gang. I have a 1997 4runner with 6 speaker stereo. The front has sepereates. I want to change the head unit which is stock now. I understand I need a wiring harness. Can anyone tell me which is the right one get and where to order it? If you have done this already please let me know. Thanks for the help!!

I have a writeup here

You will need to use the wire harness that plugs into the external amp. You will want the harness adaptor that is 2 pieces. (pic in writeup)
