1997 4Runner Drivers and Passengers Seat Replacement
Hello,
I was hoping to find out if anyone knows what years of 4Runners am I able to take the seats out and install into my 1997?
I found some online from a a 94-95 and I am having difficulty locating the the like year models.
Thanks.

If you want bolt-in, 96-02.
If you're willing to fab brackets or what-not, hmmmm.
Somebody took the foam and cover off some 2nd gen seats like those 94s and used that on their 3rd gen frames (what you have) and it seems those came out real nice. I don't remember what hoops he had to jump through for it to work, if any.
I don't know how much it would cost to have new foams made, seat covers can be costly.
The seats in my 96 are out of a Mazda, but I had to make new brackets and mounts for them, was not bolt-in.
