You're trying to do an OBD 1 Diagnostic right? To see if you're running rich or lean? Here's the section about the jumper wire (paper clip) and the ports you need to plug it in to.

I know I'm running rich/lean... (code 25/26) I'm trying to pinpoint the problem... I'm almost positive its the O2 sensor, I'm just planning on testing it before coughing up the dough for a new one.
