1989 Fuse block
Does anyone have any idea what fuses are what on the driver's side kick panel fuse block? My truck's a 1st gen. and the Haynes manual isn't telling me a thing. A pic or a diagram pointing out what each fuse is for would be a big help. Thanks!

Your '89 is probably different than the 2nd gens, but here is a pic of the 2nd gen.

Maybe someone can confirm they are the same?
Also check on Roger Brown's site.
More than likely he has a pic.
He has about anything 1st gen related.
Look up user 4crawler here, and you can get his URL to his site.

Thanks for the pic and the link! Yours may match somewhat. I'll have to print it out and compare it to mine. I'll check out 4crawler's site, too. Thanks again!!

Is the label on the inside of the fusebox cover missing? Someone with an 85-89 could snap a pic of that or the pages in their manual for you.

Thanks! Yes, the little plastic cover was missing, but I found it when I took off the driver's side kick panel. I guess it had fallen down in there and nobody noticed. I didn't even think about checking my manual. I don'tt know if all that info is in it, but I'll be printing this out in case it isn't. Thanks again! Now it's back to fault chasing for me.
