1985 Toyota Pick up 4x4 front axle problem

Ok a few months back I rebuilt my front axle with the trail gear knuckle sandwich kit, I used the correct number of shims tob get the steering pre load and I torque the nuts correctly but my problem is the bottom of my driver side knuckle is leaking now where the shim pack is. Any info on what my problem could possibly be would be great thanks...

Sounds like a bad inner seal. Its allowing gear oil to get past and get into the knuckle.
