02 tacoma wont start. HELP!!!!

My 02 tacoma crew cab 3.4 will not start. Good bat starter has power
.all fuses are good

What do I do now???

Open safety switch if it does not crank.

Just how are you measuring the voltage at the starter solenoid??

Is this a no crank as it does nothing

Or a no start meaning it turns over fine but does not start.

Is your MIL light??
