My Tacoma has been hard to start for months now. Basically if the truck has been sitting for a few hours then it takes several turns of the key to get it started each lasting a few seconds. So basically 5-10 seconds to start. After it gets started the initial time then I can go to the store or whatever and it will crank right back once I touch the key. Normally after it has been sitting over night the truck will crank the first time but sometimes it won't.

Normally when the truck cranks it white smokes pretty heavily so I am assuming that it has fuel leaking down into one or all of the cylinders. To that end I have changed the fuel pump, the fuel pressure regulator, all 6 injectors and even renewed the starter for ˟˟˟˟s and giggles. None of this has helped.

I don't think that it is water leaking into the cylinder as I have kept a pretty close eye on the level of fluid in the radiator and it has not moved. I also seafoamed the crap out of the engine and cleaned the MAF sensor.

I've seen several forum posts across the Internet with people having similar problems but never a concrete solution. Please help cause I'm stumped.

Pretty sure if its loading up with fuel it would be black smoke. White smoke normally water vapor. Do a cooling system pressure test or leak down test if you have access to them.

As I stated previously I don't believe its water as I've kept a very close eye on my fluid level for months now which hasn't moved.

Can't hurt to do what DHWRIGHT suggested. Head gasket could just be starting to go out and that is why you haven't had more coolant lost.

get a scanner that can show live data and check the ECT sensor out put. Computer may think its coolder then it really is and its giving more fuel to help warm up faster.

What is the level in your expansion tank? That's what matters.
