I just wanted 35s...

I just wanted 35s so I picked up a good deal on them, then decided I really don't like my wheels , so picked up a set including a spare. Started thinking I really would rather not cut the body to make them fit, perfect excuse to get a long travel so scoring a Blazeland kit Saturday. Well I need all the stuff for that so I'll be getting that tomorrow I suppose.
After more thinking might as well put the 4.7 gears in the Tcase and Trail gear has them on sale, so just ordered them.
Oh I'm going to need to lift the back too, guess I'll figure that out tomorrow.
Man that escalated quickly.

OK I'm going to keep a detailed list of costs for this...

1. 35x12.5 General Grabbers set of (Craiglist Score) $500
2. 5 Pro Comp Wheels $661.45
3. Mounted and Balance Tires $80
4. Trail Gears 4.7 $494.10
5. Blazeland LT Kit $1242.00
6. OME Torsion Bars $200.68
7. OME Steering Stabilizer $82.77

Total so far $3261 (Hope to recoup $500 for my 33" MT Baja Claws and wheels!)

LOL know that feeling. Got my truck and never thought I would go bigger than 33's, maybe minor improvements to the IFS....next thing I know I am a couple grand poorer and torching everything off my frame!

Yeah I'm getting the Blazeland Kit from Nate this weekend. Super helpful guy really took his time to answer all my questions and give me some solid advice. For the back I'm going to go with the Deaver Mini Pack and Bilsteins.

The 4.7 gears should be here tomorrow.

Getting the 35s mounted on the Pro Comp Wheels as I type this. Got the wheels yesterday.

I'm going to edit the first post over and over to list the costs as put them out.

Luckly I already have gears in and front and back lockers. Hoping to keep it around $3500.

Probably can if I do the install myself on the Blazeland kit but IDK we'll see.

Ok so got the Pro Comp alloy wheels mounted to the General Grabbers 35s.

Just wanted to do it to see how they look and ride.

With the 4.88s I like it on the street. When I would take off at a stop with the 33s would go through 1st way to quick and have to shift. Also doesn't *seem* slower but I just drove around town no real uphill or anything.

The 35s did rub when I would turn the wheel quite a bit and pretty bad pulling into driveways. Thats ok Blazeland Kit is paid for and Deaver is working n the mini pack. Soon it shouldn't rub.

In the meantime I like the way it looks here are some before and afters.

Thanks man, would actually need quite a bit of trimming to wheel it as I've been rubbing pretty good just around town.
